Stuart & Co's jerky was a happy accident, not initially intended for sale. Founder Michael and his brother Eric made a few batches of beef jerky on the smoker, during a weekend of BBQ competition prep at his brothers lake house in Pennsylvania. Realizing the result was too good not to pass along, his line of jerky was created.
Everyone knows that lime and chili is a winning combination. And add that to prime beef? This recipe is named after Eric's lake house, where this recipe was born. It took hours around the smoker and many rounds of tasting. It's a tough job, but someone's gotta do it.
