Honey and nuts just seem to be made for each other. Here the combination makes a delectably sweet snack with a harmonious blend of earthy sweetness and, well, nutty taste. When the honeyed nuts are roasted, those flavors just get that much deeper and caramel-y and the nuts end up burnished to a deeper color-all of which is to say that they are better than they have to be, but we're not complaining.
